Men’s Group Therapy

The physical and mental health benefits of having meaningful relationships are well documented. It’s also widely known that most men have considerable difficulty developing and maintaining those relationships. Men’s Group Therapy is a place where men can find that kind of connection and support to handle life’s issues.

Led by a licensed therapist and includes:

  • Introductions and Icebreakers

A chance to put a face to a name and begin to create a sense of shared space. This simple act of introducing yourself can be surprisingly powerful. It’s a first step in acknowledging your presence and your commitment to personal growth within a supportive community.

  • Educational Content

Valuable insights, tools, and strategies for navigating the challenges men commonly face. We utilize a variety of engaging formats to deliver this information, including videos, handouts, and guest speakers.

  • Large Group and Breakout Discussions

Share, connect, and process the information presented. This involves a combination of smaller breakout sessions and larger group discussions, providing opportunities to share, receive support, hear diverse perspectives, and enhance the sense of community.

Each session focuses on a specific topic such as:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Parenting

  • Career

  • Relationship with wive/significant other
